Hotel Sorter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Websites, whether posted or caused by Hotel Sorter users of the Websites, members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by Company.

Hotel Sorter is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Services. Hotel Sorter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications on the Websites. Hotel Sorter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Internet and/or in connection with the Websites. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Members, printing errors or by any of the equipment, hardware, software or programming associated or used with the Game; (2) technical errors, defects, delays or failures of any kind including, without limitation, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in communications lines, Internet or website access, hardware or software; (3) digital or electronic disruptions, e.g., viruses other security breaches; (4) unauthorized human intervention, e.g., hacking; (5) technical or human error which may occur in connection with any aspect of the Game; (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Member's participation in the Promotion, access to, copying or downloading materials from  Hotel Sorter or any other website, or receipt or use of any prize.
